Marketing Specialist

Vista Grande is a fast-growing market-research firm that advises many of the world's leading consumer-products companies on sales and marketing strategies. Founded in 2017, we are an entrepreneurial team that has distinguished ourselves by contemporizing traditional market research approaches. Our team is comprised of self-motivated, curious, and creative market-research professionals, some of whom have held high-level functional roles on the client side. We proudly serve top-tier consumer-goods companies, including Nestle, Kraft Heinz, Opella, Hershey, SC Johnson, Molson Coors, Mondelez, and many more.

We have established a thriving business in the U.S. and have expanded both our suite of services and our global footprint; three years ago, launching a subsidiary called Vista Grande Canada.

The Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a self-motivated Marketing Specialist who will drive brand growth by executing impactful marketing campaigns, strengthening our presence across digital and industry channels, and creating engaging experiences that resonate with prospects and clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing external marketing content (articles, blogs, newsletters, social posts, case studies) that highlights our expertise and sparks engagement

• Supporting lead generation by building email campaigns and nurturing programs in coordination with business development and sales teams

• Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) to drive awareness and generate leads, including keyword research, ad copy, and performance tracking

A qualified candidate would thrive in a fast-paced, team environment that involves multiple tasks, projects, and priorities. A strong interest in marketing research and the consumer-products industry is essential. We are looking for someone eager to learn new methods, tools, and concepts with the desire to grow in the role as our company continues to expand. The candidate must be comfortable engaging directly with senior management.

The position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on digital campaigns, content, and writing copy for B2B companies on social media.

• Bachelor’s degree (in marketing, market research, psychology, economics).

• Clear and persuasive written and oral communication skills.

• Curiosity about consumer and shopper behavior.

• Familiarity with the consumer goods industry and American retailers.

• Must have leadership, organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

• Resourceful self-starter with an inquisitive mind and a passion for consumer research.

• Enthusiastic, engaged, and positive attitude.

• Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.

• High interest and comfort utilizing internet technologies.

Job Type: Full-time (open to part-time with salary adjusted accordingly)

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
